The experience begins in a singular salmon pink 19th century building that maintains its original design, next to the iconic Barra Lighthouse.

This, which is the largest in Portugal and the second largest in the Iberian Peninsula, was once the collaborator of the ships arriving here.

 

At the time of its construction, Barra Beach, deserted during the harshest months and sparsely populated, was a small boarding house that gave shelter to the most curious and beach-hungry people.

We have renewed the 90's atmosphere with contemporary elegance and style to give you a unique beach experience.

Comprising 26 rooms, spread over three floors, you can book double rooms and suites with generous areas.

Breakfast is a focal point of the stay, varied and with quality products, many of them from our region and seasonal.

We also have special menus for celiac, gluten- or lactose-intolerant people, among others, upon request.
